Huawei Solar Inverter Branch have signed a Framework Agreement with Wattkraft. This exciting partnership will see us develop in existing markets, and expand into new ones. In the past two years Wattkraft has been the leading distributor for Huawei inverters in the European market, distributing 200MW in 2016. We look forward to continuing to work together!

01 February 2017, Shenzehn/Germany – Wattkraft, a major distributor for photovoltaic components, and Huawei Solar, the world’s leading manufacturer of string inverters by shipments, have signed a Framework Agreement to grow their distribution arrangement to encompass 500MW of inverter capacity across 2017. The partnership, which builds on an existing relationship, will see both companies consolidate in existing markets, as well as expanding into new ones.

The collaboration will see Wattkraft extend their business globally, expanding further into growing markets such as India, Brazil and USA. Of the 500MW of shipping inverter capacity, 300 MW will be completed in Germany, with 200 MW outside of the country.

For the past two years, Wattkraft has been the principal distributor for Huawei inverters in the European market, distributing 95MW and 250MW in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Its considerable international network will provide the two companies with the flexibility to adapt and change to an increasingly demanding market landscape. Wattkraft served for Huawei mainly the wholesaler network in Germany, South & Eastern Europe including large commercial project business.

Wattkraft possesses a strong record of fast delivery services and a tracking system with warehouses in both Nurnberg and Bremen, holding a permanent stock above 30MW.
